Meet Laurie

I’m Laurie Crockett, founder of Inside Edge Dental Consulting. With over a decade in dentistry as both a dental assistant and practice manager, I understand what it takes to keep a practice running—and what happens when systems and communication fall behind.

I work alongside owners and teams to tighten daily operations, strengthen collections, and build a culture where people know what’s expected of them and feel supported doing it.
